HP  laser printers, mostly based on liquid crystal display panel, you can quickly identify the cause of the

malfunction, the following list of common error codes and their interpretation.

1) determine the carton are properly installed;

13.20 paper jam or 13.21 paper jam

Paper is jammed in the feeding path, or the printer cover is opened

1) Check the feeding path, clear of obstructions;

2) Check whether all components of feeding reset (including the roof is covered);

3) Check all the sensors on the feeding path is reset, if necessary, be replaced

20 insuffient memory

Printer to accept a lot of data beyond the scope of the printer's memory

1) Press [GO] button to continue printing (some print content may be lost);

2) increase the printer memory 21 page too comlex
